Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern the use of Anthill, the service available at joinanthill.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Contact: t@joinanthill.com.

What Anthill is

Anthill connects your AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude...) to a real management system (ERP). You ask by chatting; Anthill records your business documents — quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, stock — in your own company's management system, with a full audit trail.

What Anthill is not

  • It is not a payment service: Anthill does not move money, execute transfers or charge your customers. "Registering a payment" is a bookkeeping entry in your accounts, not a banking operation.
  • It is not tax, accounting or legal advice. Consult a professional about your obligations.
  • It does not send emails or messages to your customers.

Your account

You need an account with an email and password (and, during the beta, an invite code). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity performed with them.

Confirmations and responsibility for your documents

Operations with real impact (creating a quote, adjusting stock, reversing an invoice with a credit note, creating automations) require your explicit confirmation over a preview. Review each preview before confirming: documents are created with the data you approve.

The documents Anthill records are yours. Complying with your tax and invoicing obligations (taxes, deadlines, filings) is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful activities.
  • Do not attempt to access other companies' data or compromise the security of the service.
  • Do not resell the service without our agreement.

Beta and availability

Anthill is in beta. We work to keep the service stable and take reasonable backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Export your business-critical information regularly.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or compromise the security of the service. After closure, the deletion periods in the Privacy Policy apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will publish the current version here with its date and announce relevant changes. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
